Should you workout when sick? The answer that may be surprising is NO!
You do NOT want to create extra stressors on your body when you are already sick. In most cases this will only make you sicker.
Just wait until you feel recovered and then do a workout.
This type of exercise is VERY productive because it is exactly the biological stimulus our bodies need.
