Your IT Band (or iliotibial tract) is often considered the culprit of knee pain and hip bursitis. The muscles that attach to it need both strengthening and release. You'll get both in this sumptuous 45 minute practice.

(Please note: the camera cuts off right at the beginning of Savasana / yoga relaxation.)

This class was filmed live -- there is a little background noise, and not every pose or move is demonstrated as the instructor focuses on a combination of demonstration, verbal instruction, watching students, and occasionally moving around the room, including off camera, to make student adjustments.)
