Welcome to my 7-Day Beginner Dumbbell Challenge! My goal is to introduce you to simple, effective dumbbell exercises that help you feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body. These exercises are postpartum-safe. You will need one set of dumbbells for this challenge but 2 water bottles or cans can be used in place of dumbbells.
Welcome to Day 3: Today's dumbbell workout focuses on strengthening your upper body and improving posture - especially helpful for women who work on a computer, and moms carrying babies, feeding, and dealing with upper-back tightness. We'll target the chest back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps using slow and controlled movements.
This 20-minute routine includes a dynamic warm-up, a strength training block including 2 rounds of a circuit using dumbbells, and a final stretch to reset your posture.
