Lamb pilaf is a very tasty traditional dish with a rich taste. Instead of lamb, you can use beef, pork and even chicken, but this will be a completely different recipe.
Fry small pieces of lamb in heated oil in a cauldron until golden brown.
Cut the carrots into chunks, and cut the onion into half rings and add to the meat together.
Pour in some water to cover the ingredients. Simmer the lamb on low heat for 20-30 minutes
Add the rice and spread it evenly. Add seasonings
pour water (1cm above the rice)
When the water has evaporated, turn down the heat. Cover the pilaf with a towel-wrapped lid and cook for another 10 minutes. And the pilaf is ready.
