Improve your Standing Split by using the band to help bring you into the correct alignment.
Hold for 2-3 sets for 30-60 seconds.
The stronger the band, the more assistance you get to pull your back leg into the split.
Over time it is best to reduce the band tension so you are able to build the strength on your own to achieve this position without reliance on an external tool.
