Coloured Ganache / Cheese Ganache / Best Tasting Ganache / Sharp edge Ganache
This tutorial will teach you to make coloured Ganache with less sweetness and also demonstrates how to frost ganache with the perfect Sharp Edge technique. This is the best tasting coloured Ganache recipe which is good for both filling and frosting. Easy to make with easily available ingredients. It can be coloured well with Gel color or can do air brushing.
This video demonstrates the making of coloured ganache with the following ingredients:
1. Condensed Milk - 15 gm
2. Philadelphia Cream Cheese - 160 gm
3. White Chocolate - 180 gm
4. Butter - 180 gm (Room Temperature)
5. Vanilla Essence - 2 tsp
Above measurement is enough to frost a 5 inch cake.
