SUNDAY:
She swims for 30 minutes in the afternoon, and in the evening, after the kids are sleeping, she does a Strength workout with her trainer via Facetime.

DIET
Breakfast:
Eggs or avocado with olive oil, tomato,and sea salt
Smoothie with berries, plant protein, greens or a green powder

Lunch:
Fish and fresh vegetables or a salad with "lots of colors"

Afternoon Snack:
Artichoke soup or Leek and eggplant soup with carrot and ginger
Freshly sliced cucumber with lemon juice and salt sometimes

Dinner:
Fish and veggies
