Dumbbell Strict Press
Chinups
Dips
L-Sit
Rest:
20-30 seconds between sets
90-120 seconds between movements
Reps Define Weights:
Set 1: 10-12 reps
Set 2: 6-8 reps
Set 3: 5-8 reps
*ok to drop weight between sets
