Welcome to A Day of Yoga! Enjoy four short, yet sweet, practices to sprinkle moments of yoga into your day. This series is ideal for anyone that's away from home or struggles to find the time for a longer practice. Little and often is the moto here.
This is a short breath led meditation practice to encourage a sense of stillness at the start of your day. We begin with a Qigong inspired breathing practice on the ground before taking a seated awareness practice to close.
