2. Side toe reaches
3. 2 x touchdowns + tuck + 2 x plank climbs + push-up
4. Fwd + reverse bear crawl
5. Tuck jump + burpee + side plank reach
6. Weighted toe reaches
7. Push-up + clap + mountain jumper
