材料 ingredients (大概12块水饺 around 12 dumplings)
200g肉碎 (30%肥肉, 70%瘦肉) 200g minced pork (30% fats, 70% lean meat)
虾 prawn
水饺皮 Dumpling skin
萝卜丁 diced carrots
4粒马蹄（打碎切丁）4 water chestnuts (smash and diced)
1根青葱 1 stalk of green onion
调味 Seasoning
半茶匙盐 half tsp salt
胡椒粉 pepper
半茶匙糖 half tsp sugar
1汤匙麻油 1 tbsp sesame oil
1汤匙酱油 1 tbsp soy sauce
1汤匙左口鱼粉 1 tbsp fish flounder powder
1.5汤匙玉米粉 1.5 tbsp corn flour
