40 MINUTE FULL BODY WORKOUT | INTERMEDIATE PILATES
Join me for a 40 minute intermediate pilates class that will give you a full body workout for strength, flexibility, great posture and muscle tone. This flow class has been created to challenge you, improve your cardiovascular health, muscle tone, strength and, most importantly , to help you feel amazing in your own skin. We'll do 20 mins Standing Pilates and 20 mins Mat pilates. A great session if you're looking for a fun challenge with no pressure. I'll give you options and you choose what feels right for you. Great for pilates fans, teachers and students alike.
