Join me for a complete 20-minute jump rope tabata workout.


So what is a tabata workout? Tabata is a type of hiit workout where you complete a 4-minute circuit that includes 8 rounds of a 20 second exercise, at your all out max intensity, followed by a 10 second complete rest.


In this type of workout, your focus is on intensity. When you give your all out max, it gives you great results. You will build endurance, burn lots of fat, and maintain lean muscle mass.

20 sec – Jump Rope Regular Bounce
20 sec – Jump Rope Sprint
20 sec – Jump Rope Regular Bounce
20 sec – Jump Rope Sprint
20 sec – Jump Rope Regular Bounce
20 sec – Jump Rope Sprint
20 sec – Jump Rope Regular Bounce

*Rest 10 seconds between each exercise
*Rest 1 minute between circuits
*Beginners - Repeat circuit 1x
