Today I’m guiding you through a 13 min full body stretch for tight muscles! It is a relaxing, beginner-friendly routine designed to improve mobility, flexibility, and stress relief.
This all floor cool down includes 25 pilates and yoga-inspired stretches, each held for about 30 seconds. Whether you’re dealing with stiffness, sore muscles, or just need a calming reset, this full body stretch routine is perfect for recovery and relaxation. It’s beginner-friendly but still a great reset even if you stretch regularly. I recommend making it your daily stretch routine!
To set the vibe (& switch it up from my usual Taylor Swift!), we’ll stretch to a chill pop music playlist featuring songs by Lewis Capaldi, Calum Scott, and Tracy Chapman. These are some of the songs I personally like to put on when I need to relax, so I think you’ll enjoy them too. :)
