After back-to-back illnesses, I can finally say—I AM SO BACK! I may still be a little stuffy, but I’m kicking off this healthy era (fingers crossed it stays that way lol) with a Taylor Swift workout!
This is an all-standing arms workout featuring no repeat exercises with dumbbells. And with Valentine’s Day right around the corner, I thought it’d be the perfect time to do this one to Taylor Swift love songs 💗 I put together a mix of both new and classic favorites, so I hope you love the playlist! We’ll be targeting biceps, triceps, shoulders, and abs (no planks + wrist friendly!), so get ready to feel the burn!

WORKOUT DETAILS:
3 minute standing warm-up (30 seconds back-to-back)
10 minute standing workout (45 seconds on, 15 seconds off)
3 minute standing cool down (30 seconds back-to-back)
Dumbbells used: 10lbs *use more or less than me!
