Equipment Needed: A pair of dumbbells and dash of grit!
Here’s the plan:
Complete 4 rounds of each exercise. 1 minute on, 20 second rest.
RDL’s to Rows
Curl to Press
Squat with Front Raise
Narrow Press to Sit Up
Single Leg Glute Raise (30 seconds each side)
