In this workout we work allll the muscles! 🔥 Grab a pair of dumbbells and a mat and press play!
Be sure to hydrate before, during, and after. 💧Go at a pace you can maintain!

8. Dumbbell Swings
Mat Movements:
9. Bird Dog Row
10. Bird Dog Row (other side)
11. Alternating Donkey Kicks
12. Plank Hold
13. Mountain Climbers
14. Floor Press
15. Glute Bridges
16. Weighted Crunches
