Rehabbing my calf strain 1

I strained my left calf last week - the medial gastrocnemius, which is the big powerful muscle towards the inside of the calf (big toe side as opposed to little toe side!)
I noticed it after a jog, but actually it had been coming on for a while. I've torn it before, and I was limping for a couple of months earlier this year after I fell down the stairs which probably hasn't helped; and then I started jogging on uneven ground - so I think I've overloaded it!
So... it's time to start rehab, and I thought I'd document it to show how a physio rehabs her own calf. I'll upload the next stage of the journey when I get to it, hopefully in a few days' time.
Remember - everybody's body is different, and therefore everyone's rehab programme should be different. What works for me won't necessarily work for you - this isn't the definitive rehab programme, it's just a sample of what I'm doing to get myself back on the tennis court!
