In todays upper body workout we are focusing on building the chest, shoulders and triceps using dumbbells at home. If you're searching for the perfect upper body routine that will help grow your chest, shoulders and triceps you came to the right place!
For dumbbell weight selection make sure you can perform each upper body exercise with proper form. Go for quality over quantity for reps, if you need some extra rest time just pause the video. Make this upper body workout your own! 👊
