Let go of the day with this 30 minute yoga practice that includes full body stretches to release tension and calm the mind. This class is perfect if you're looking to add a calming stretching routine at the end of the day, after work or before sleep.
We'll move through gentle, beginner-friendly stretches for your neck, shoulders, back, hips and legs, with a focus on softening, mindfully breathing and relaxing your nervous system.
Take everything at your own pace, pause whenever you need and remember this is your practice, I am simply a guide.
