DAY 11 "RISE & SHINE ✨ CHALLENGE":
Team Everydaywarrior, are you ready to sweat buckets with me? 😘💦

Uh, I am really excited about this FULL BODY CARDIO Sesh. So many new moves, new combinations - I am pretty sure you will love it as much as I did | do.
To make it even more challenging for me - I added two light dumbbells (2x 2 kg).
So please don't get fooled - it's definitely going to be a HIIT Sesh to get your entire body burning also WITHOUT adding those light weights. 😘

As always, focus on yourself - make every single workout your own challenge.
There are always ways to modify, such as slowing down, resting more, no jumping for example.

00:35 - 04:41 Warm Up
04:44 - 42:39 Workout (two different circuits: 40 sec ON fire 🔥, 15 sec off )
42:52 - 46:50 Tabata Finisher (8x 20 sec ON fire 🔥, 10 sec off)
47:10 - 51:44 Cool Down

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR own. Also make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to rest some more when you need to. 🙏🏼

Equipment: a pair of light Dumbbells if you like to make it more challenging (mine: 2x 2 kg for your reference)
