This deeply calming Yoga Nidra practice is an invitation to soften your grip, release what no longer serves you, and make space for ease. Whether you're holding onto stress, old stories, grief, or tension, this session offers a gentle path toward surrender and emotional release.
All you need to do is lie down, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be guided inward. Through body awareness, breath, and intention, we’ll move toward a state of deep rest where letting go feels natural and supported.
