Christmas (and the food that goes with it) is almost upon us and to celebrate we're having one of our "funny" looks at the history of the Christmas pudding. The pudding is often seen as something typically Victorian and straight out of Dickens's "A Christmas Carol" but it is actually goes back to the middle ages and has a very storied history.
