This workout is perfect for busy gym days when you don’t have access to a lot of equipment. All you need is one cable machine and two handle attachments. Set yourself up in one spot and move through a focused, efficient strength session from start to finish.
The weights listed are simply suggestions so choose a load that feels challenging and appropriate for you. This workout is designed to strengthen your entire body while also elevating your heart rate.
This is a low-impact, strength-focused workout that can be modified for a wide range of fitness and athletic levels. I’ll guide you through the session and offer options along the way so you can tailor the workout to your needs.
Expect to feel strong, challenged, and definitely sweaty by the end.

Cable machine
Two handle attachments
Plate or low step
WORKOUT DETAILS:
45 sec work / 15 sec rest / Total Rounds = 3
1. High-Low Woodchop - R @ 30lbs
2. High-Low Woodchop - L @ 30lbs
3. Kneeling Chest Press @ 2/30lbs
4. Elevated Reverse Lunge + Row - R @ 30lbs
5. Elevated Reverse Lunge + Row - L @ 30lbs
6. Hollow Hold + Straight Arm Pulldown @ 20lbs
7. Romanian Deadlift + Squat @ 60lbs
