Ingredients:
அவல் / Poha - 1 cup
தயிர் / Curd - 1/2 cup
ரவை / Rava - 1/3 cup
எண்ணை / Oil - 3 tsps
கடுகு / Mustard - 1/2 tsp
சீரகம் / Jeera - 1/2 tsp
பச்சைமிளகாய்/ Green chili- 2 ( slit)
சிவப்பு மிளகாய்/ Red chili- 1
கருவேப்பிலை/ Curry leaves- little
கொத்தமல்லி/ Coriander leaves- little
எள் / Sesame- 1 tsp
மஞ்சள்தூள்/ Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
மிளகாய் தூள்/ red chili powder- 1/4 tsp
Method:
Clean Poha with a towel & take it in a bowl. Add curd & Rava . Mix well & rest it for 10 minutes.
Add salt,
coriander leaves & cumin powder. Take small balls & flatten the same. Make all dough like this. Keep it in perforated plate to steam. Heat water in kadhai & keep stand on it. Lee the plate for steaming for 10 to 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes take out the same & cool.
Heat oil in kadhai for tadka. Add mustard, Jeera, sesame, green & red chili, turmeric, chili powder & curry leaves. Add cooked Poha bites & mix well . Keep it covered for 2 minutes. Our Poha bites is ready to serve. Add coriander leaves on top. Serve with tomato sauce or green chutney. This is the best lunchbox recipe. Try this & give your feedback.
