Welcome to this 40-minute yoga class designed specifically for athletes and active bodies.

This dynamic mobility flow focuses on opening the body, improving spinal mobility, and helping you move with more ease, strength, and control—both on and off the mat.

In this practice, we’ll move through intentional, athletic-inspired yoga sequences that support:
spinal mobility and healthy back movement
hip and shoulder opening for better range of motion
full-body integration to support strength training and sport performance
recovery without losing strength or stability

This class is ideal for athletes, lifters, runners, CrossFitters, or anyone who trains hard and wants their body to feel more open, resilient, and balanced.
Expect a blend of dynamic movement, controlled transitions, and mindful pacing—enough to warm the body and build mobility without overstretching or checking out.

✨ You don’t need to be “flexible” to do this class.
✨ Modifications are always welcome—listen to your body and move with intention.
