This workout starts a short two-week training window leading into a much bigger block of training later this month.
Right now, the goal is momentum, not burnout.
Over the next couple weeks, we’re training in a simpler, more fluid way:
Jump rope woven into the workout
Moderate dumbbell work
Enough challenge to matter
Not so much that it wrecks recovery during the holidays
This approach helps:
rebuild conditioning
keep joints happy
restore consistency
avoid the “start hard, quit early” trap
Christmas is coming. Schedules are messy.
This is training that works with real life, not against it.
Some days you’ll train. Some days you won’t.
What matters is that you don’t disappear.
Important:
Take your before photos sometime during the next two weeks — front, side, back. These are for you, not social media. You’ll want the reference later.
