Welcome to Day 8 of the Advent Challenge! In this short and energising 10-minute Vinyasa Yoga flow, we’ll move through a full body sequence designed to wake up your muscles, open your joints and reset your mind.
In today’s practice, we flow through:
🌞 Sun Salutations to warm up the whole body
⚔️ Warrior I & Warrior II to build strength, balance and focus
🐈 Standing Cat & Cow to mobilise the spine
🪑 Chair Pose to fire up the legs and core
🧘 Child’s Pose for gentle grounding and rest
This quick Vinyasa class is perfect for beginners to intermediate yogis, or anyone wanting a short, mindful yoga practice during the busy holiday season. It’s also great as a morning yoga flow, a mid-day reset, or an evening wind-down.
