Two months on MAF - unexpected results from low heart rate training.

After two months of feeling dull & doubtful on the Maffetone method, I conducted my second MAF test to gauge my progress - but I wasn't expecting these results. There's still a way to go before I'm ready for the Tarawera Ultra trail in February, but the Ks are building and I'm willing to continue on this way in the hope of improved fitness and better recovery.
