Getting into Marichyasana A
1️⃣ From Dandasana, bring your left foot back to your left hip; shift forward, lift your left sitting bone and take your left arm around your shin.
2️⃣ Swing your right arm back and grip your right wrist with your left hand; internally rotate your arms so both palms face out.
3️⃣ Come halfway forward, lighten your seat and anchor your legs.
4️⃣ Snug your arms up to your squatting leg and lift up your spine.
GESTURE INTO STATE OF THE ASANA
1️⃣ Project your spine forward and skillfully swoop down towards your extended leg.
2️⃣ Stamp down your left foot and ground your right thigh
3️⃣ Gaze forward or downward.
4️⃣ Enjoy the State of the Asana Marīchyāsana A for 5 to 50 Breaths
