This is week 20 of my journey to full front lever pull-ups, and yes, I know - I've lost some strength. Which I think is normal because I was injured and couldn't do the stuff I wanted to do. Plus, during the time I recorded this video, I was also very tired after playing 2 football matches in 2 weeks, so maybe that had some impact on my strength as well (+I was fasting too). So yeah, nothing to say really, let's see how it goes.
