Non stop cardio for twenty minutes to body moving, burn some energy and help improve our cardiovascular health! Full body cardio session with reoccuring versions of mountain climbers!!!

This is a fun workout to go at YOUR OWN PACE! Think about trying to keep a pace where you could talk! Heart rate up but not like HIIT!!!

Work through these exercises at an easy, smooth and consistent pace! Slow it down if you feeling overly exerted.

It’s only low intensity (LISS Cardio), if you focus on slowing down to a pace to suit you! We all have different levels and even day to day our energy levels change.

As with all of the cardio I do, timer is on for 45 seconds of work the entire duration! No specific rest... though I stress to stop and pause when you need to!
