CHICKEN BHURTA
Ingredients:
Chicken ½ kg
Oil 1 cup
Lemons 2
Onion 4
Chopped Green Chilies 6
Chopped Mint Leaves ½ bunch
Chopped Green coriander ½ bunch
Crushed Black pepper 1 tsp
All Spice Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Red chili Flakes 1 tbsp
Roasted Cumin 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
In ½ kg chicken add in 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1tbsp red chili flakes and some salt. Cook it till the water dried. Cool it and chop it in the chopper. Take 1 cup oil in the pan, add in chopped onion and fry it till golden brown. Then add in chicken and cook it for 5 minutes. Then add in chopped mint leaves, chopped coriander and chopped green chilies. Simmer it for 5 minutes. Garnish it with green coriander and serve hot.
Jhinga Biryani
Ingredients:
Prawns ½ kg
Eggs (boiled) 6
Rice (boiled) 2 cups
Onion 1 (large)
Tomato 1
Lemon 2
Clove 2
Carom seeds 1 pinch
Garlic 5 cloves
Red chili powder 4-5
Green chili 7-8
Chicken cube 1 ½
Curry leaves 10-12
Cottage cheese 200 gm
Dried coriander 1 tbsp
Roasted all spice powder 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Cumin ½ tsp
Salt as taste
Method:
In a pan add carom seeds, cumin, dried coriander, black pepper and clove. Cook well. Now crush it with mortar pestle. Then in wok heat oil, add garlic, prawns, chicken cube and cheese. Cook well. Now add ginger, curry leaves, roasted all spice powder and green chili. Mix and cook everything well. Then add boiled and cover. Now add tomato, lemon and mix well. Then place it in a dish and garnish with boiled eggs. Serve hot.
