Strengthening the back can be as simple as this exercise! Single joint movements like the Arc Row are great because it works the smaller muscles that contribute to the overall strength of the back and lats. It's vital you incorporate movements like this into your routine in order to get a bigger & stronger back! Don't skip out on important accessory moves because they will be ALL the DIFFERENCE!
Programming suggestions: I'd add this toward the end of a lift and train at a minimum of 8 reps.
