This program provides you with lots of flexibility, in addition to a shorter workout duration, you can choose your 5 days on and 2 days off however you like, throughout your week.

Work your strength, tone, balance and posture a little bit every day.

This program responds to the need for workouts under 20 minutes; and more importantly, a total body routine!

Reformer
Jump board
Foam roller (can substitute with a medium soft ball or towel)

Intermediate to advanced levels
🎯 Focus:
Full Body core strengthening, fat burning, metabolism boosting, leg power-up, jump board Reformer workout. Whilst raising the heart rate on the jump board you are also building bone density and lean muscle tone through low-impact. Win-win! Burn fat. Lean, trim, shape and sculpt. Raise heart rate, increase fitness level.
