Welcome to Day 1 of the Summer Sweat & Sculpt Challenge! ☀️
This 50-minute full-body Pilates workout will help you sculpt your arms, strengthen your abs, tone your glutes and thighs, and build total-body strength — all from home.
We start with a gentle warm-up, move into dynamic sculpting work, and end with a relaxing cool-down. No equipment is required, but if you're feeling strong, you can add 3lb hand weights or ankle weights to increase intensity.
💡 Listen to your body — if you're new to strength training or returning to movement, go weightless today. You’ll build strength, muscle engagement, and endurance as we progress through the 3-week challenge.
