I hope you enjoy this 30 minute full-body Pilates workout on the Tower! I created this for beginners, but it's a great workout for all fitness levels. You’ll need a Pilates Box and you may want a small box or some yoga blocks to prop your head if you need to avoid neck extension. ❤️
