Full Body Kettlebell Workout (with one kettlebell)

As always my goal is to help you build proficiency with your kettlebell movements so you can get more from your workouts.
Here are five movements for a full body workout
1. Alternating deadstop swing
2. High rack staggered squat
3. Alternating ballistic row
4. Alternating rotational deadlift
5. Get up press with with rotation
Your weight will determine the reps. If you only have a light bill then use this as a conditioning circuit. 30 seconds on 30 seconds off, alternating between movements and sides.
If you have heavy enough weights or have multiple sizes, then hit 6-12 reps of each with 1-2 minutes rest between exercises.
I love the freedom that kettlebell's provide even if you only supplement a program with one or two care about your sizes. They help you train in planes and positions. You can't replicate with other tools.
