This 30-minute full body deep stretch flow is designed to improve your mobility, flexibility, and strength all in one dynamic session. Combining active movement with deep stretch positions, this routine targets key areas including:
Hip flexors & hamstrings
Adductors & glutes
Back, shoulders & lower spine
Expect multidirectional movement, mobility-focused strength building, and a challenge for both mind and body. Unlike static or one-dimensional stretches, this flow moves you through transitions that hit multiple muscle groups at once — making it more efficient, engaging, and effective.
This is one of my personal favourite stretch routine for recovery, mobility days, or anytime I feel stiff and need to move with intention.
