Hello, welcome back! Let's hit a super sweaty full body workout together!
This session is a combination of strength and cardio exercises! All you need is a pair of dumbbells and 30 minutes ♥
Enjoy!

• Equipment: 2 dumbbells (mine are 2x3 kg / 2x 6-7 lbs)
• Both rounds: 40s work / 10s rest + 2x 1 min REST
• Bonus round: 30s work / 10s rest
• All standing style (no mat needed)
