Hello, welcome back! Are you ready for a new full body workout? It's gym style, with two kettlebells/dumbbells or just one if you can't use a pair ♥ We'll do each exercise in sets!
*For your reference I am using 12 & 6 kg (≈ 26 & 13 lbs)

•Work in sets (each exercises repeated 2 or 3 times)
•Equipment : a pair of kettlebells or dumbbells
•40s work/10s rest
