Let's hit a full body workout with weights! I used one (pretty heavy) kettlebell and a pair of dumbbells. We'll work in 3 rounds, warm up and cool down are included

• My equipment: kettlebell (12kg/26lbs) and a pair of dumbbells (2x3 kg / 2x 6-7 lbs)
• No jumping / low impact
• 3 rounds: 11 exercises: 45 sec on / 15 sec off
