Today’s video is a GORGEOUS, delicious, colorful, & healthy what I eat in a day. Alsooo of course it wouldn’t be one of my videos without some good insight into my movement of the day (thank you FORM - code ALEX20 as always) AND JUST YOU WAIT FOR FULL WORKOUT VIDEOS COMING ATCHU SOOOOON

After a fun filled weekend of pizza, popcorn, lots of drinks, & so much more, it felt SO good to have a refresh of amazing and nourishing meals. I love prioritizing whole food ingredients, high protein recipes, and of course making sure that I’m giving my body the nutrition it needs for the active lifestyle I live and the workouts I do.

SO many fun and new recipes in this video as well as health tips, supplements, ways to make a healthy lifestyle easier even with a busy schedule, step goals, workout tips, and MORE

While this is also a What I Eat in a Day video, PLEASE remember that every day looks so so different for me and ALL bodies are SO different and therefore have different needs, as well.

What fuels me may not be exactly right for you and THATS OKAY - again, this is just ONE day of my eats, so never compare someone else’s FDOE to yours.

Please let me know if you want written out recipes to any of my meals! But here’s a full breakdown of my day of eats:


Breakfast:
Overnight protein chia pudding
Toppings: homemade granola & strawberries

Lunch:
Brunch Bowl:
Soft boiled eggs, Bilinski chicken sausage, sautéed kale, micro greens, sourdough toast, tomatoes, sauerkraut, and feta

Afternoon Snack:
Fuji Apple & Greek Yogurt Bowl (topped with frozen wild blueberries, granola, & Catalina crunch)

Dinner:
Spinach and feta turkey burgers w/ sweet potato bun & shaved Brussels sprouts salad

Sweet Treat:
Homemade 5 ingredient healthy banana bread

Supplements:
Sera & Mattina duo and chill, Magna Electrolytes

And ALWAYS remember: It’s not healthy if it’s not bringing you joy.

As always this channel will be focused on all things healthy living (fitness routines, healthy recipes, health/wellness tips & advice grocery hauls, morning/evening routines, etc.) lifestyle, fashion, and life as a 20 something girl working as a full time model/part time content creator in NYC.
