We are an integrated Pilates and physiotherapy studio who believe in helping people to obtain optimum health through intelligent movement.
At Focus we want to make sure that you not only heal your body of injuries, but also ensure that your body stays strong and flexible so that it can carry you through your day-to-day activities and the rest of your life. As Joseph Pilates once said, "You're only as young as your spine is flexible", so we want to make sure you stay young for as long as possible.
Our approach is based on creating a Pilates and physiotherapy environment that focuses on effective and safe exercise and treatment to assist you in achieving your goal.
We strive to ensure our instructors have industry leading knowledge and technique in order to provide you with the best level of instruction. We are well placed to do this as we are the proud host and appointed training centre for the internationally recognised Polestar Pilates Instructor Education Courses.
