Sam Outside
Hey Folks, I'm Sam and I appreciate you taking the time to share how and what I experience outside. I have spent 25 years working in the Summer Camp and Outdoor Education industry, the Challenge Course industry, Arboriculture and Forest Therapy. Please join me, as I walk and share observations, skills and tips for experiencing the outdoors.
It's always time well spent.
Please share time with me as I discuss my own journey of healing and learning about Nature and from Nature, it's reciprocal.
I'll share nature sighting, tree ID, birding, tracking, seasonal wild edibles, best practices, personal safety and planning for the outdoors and some science.
I will also share strategies for managing physical, mental and emotional health.
Nature Heals, so go outside.
