PowerliftingTechnique.com was founded in 2019 by Avi Silverberg, Head Coach for Team Canada Powerlifting. Avi’s goal was to provide the world’s most helpful strength training content, showing people like you how to get stronger.
Our team strives to live up to this mission and is compromised of top athletes, coaches, and experts in powerlifting.
