Welcome to Move with Ease! I'm Caroline, and I'm here to guide you on your journey towards chronic pain recovery. With a diverse background as a functional breathing coach, sports and clinical massage therapist, pain reprocessing therapist, yoga teacher, and movement enthusiast, I'm dedicated to helping you rediscover the joy of living fully. I believe that by addressing both the physical and mental aspects of pain, we can unlock the body's innate ability to heal itself. Pain, though often challenging, is a natural part of the human experience. Through our work together, we can learn to embrace its meaning and transform it into a catalyst for growth and healing.
