Stephen Dunstone
I’m a freelance musician, composer, teacher and writer. As a musician I specialise mostly in harp, although I’ve composed for other instruments, including piano, woodwind, brass and percussion.
I’ve published nearly fifty harp ensembles (mostly original compositions) and four books of solo pieces of varying difficulty: Harpo One, Two, Three and Four, logically enough. Then there are three books which also help pupils learn to read music, play by ear, and understand harmony, as well as building up a repertoire of fun pieces: Harpo Beginners Books 1 & 2, and Harpo Not Quite Beginners. Almost everything is playable on either lever harp or pedal harp.
My aim is to post videos of as much of this as possible, over time, partly as a resource for students, but mostly to provide pleasure for all viewers, musicians and non-musicians alike.
