What is Fitness Pilates? 🤔
Fitness Pilates is a dynamic group exercise concept developed by Rachel Holmes, blending traditional Pilates principles with modern functional movements to enhance core strength, flexibility, and mobility. This is NOT classical Pilates – it’s designed for real-life strength and movement!
🔥 In this 50-minute Fitness Pilates workout, we use an INTERVAL format! 🔥
We work through 8 blocks of 4 exercise intervals, layering up each movement so you can progress at your own level or stay at the base level for a solid workout!
