🌴 Palm Tree & Raised Standing | Spinal Flexibility & Balance Practice 🌿
In this short and revitalizing yoga practice, we explore Palm Tree Pose — a gentle lateral side bend that promotes mobility and space in the spine, starting at its base and flowing upward. This movement supports healthy spinal alignment, releases tension along the sides of the body, and encourages freedom in the breath.
We then move into Raised Standing Pose — a powerful posture for enhancing balance, grounding, and foot strength. This simple yet effective practice helps develop body awareness, builds stability, and strengthens the foundation of your posture from the ground up.
